I just bought a GTS the other day and what an awesome car. I have a question about the Low ride suspension setting in Normal mode. Is this the default setting? The car looks super cool but slightly impractical over city roads by me. I reset it to normal ride height but it seems everytime it reverts back to low mode on startup. What ride height do people normally ride in?

I think the default in Normal mode is speed adjusted. It should be normal height around town, and lowered on the highway

Yup. If you want lower ride height, you can install a CETE Lowering Module or similar that overrides the air suspension defaults. I am installing https://europrice.us/module-package-...rsche-lowering as soon as my Taycan CT arrives in a few weeks.
