Default 4 Zone Climate Control

Sorry if this was already asked, I didn't see anything when I searched. Is there any difference in the compressor units between the standard 2 zone and the 4 zone climate controls? In the Cayenne, the 4 zone gives you a larger compressor, which makes a difference in TX, wondering if the Taycan is similar, or if the 4 zone is just the touch screen controls and the same compressor. TIA

If you can find the tech specs, check on the amount of refrigerant. For the 2021 Cayenne, the base system has 680 gr of refrigerant while the 4-zone has 850 gr, a 25% increase.

Cayennes have as second evaporator core in the trunk, Taycan prob uses a similar approach. That's why it needs more refrigerant. Not sure whether the compressor is the same or larger. If I had to guess, I'd say they are the same size.
