Function on Demand for 2022 Taycans?

In other forums I am hearing some 2022 Taycan owners saying that FOD has been available for them and others saying it is not available. So far I have not been able to determine a pattern. Some are in US and some are in Europe.
Mine is a 2022 RWD that was produced in May and I took delivery in Aug. I believe it has the latest upgrades. I have optioned ACC as well and looking to try ALK and Innodrive via FOD.
I see the options in disabled mode if I go to a generic link. However when I login, the link takes my VIN in the URL and these options don't show. Only see Verizon and Security pack.
So far only thing i can think of is Porsche unlocking the FOD after certain weeks/months after delivery based on the VIN number.
