Mercedes bought our EQS back a few weeks ago after 50+ days in the shop without resolution of the software issues (all safety systems failing including airbags, stability control, etc). Bought my wife a Cadillac Lyriq to replace it and now it has been in the shop for 40+ days with software issues (second body control module is being replaced and the software issues are with Cadillac engineering for the second time). Not 100% we want to have them buy it back yet, but a Taycan is on the table as a replacement. If the range were longer on the Taycan it would be a no brainer for us.
If you have to LL the Lyriq, the second generation Audi etron, now called the Q8 etron has 285 mile EPA range, 295 as a ‘Sportback and is a fantastic BEV imho; although I’m biased as I’ve run a ‘19 etron for 3 1/2 uneventful years. The Prestige in Magnet Grey with the Black Optics package is particularly fine looking.

we just got that at work. love the way it looks. my 2019 etron only averaged about 225 mi per 100% charge but was great. zero service issues in 3 years.

CJ,

do you know when the SQ 8 etron will be released, and is the DOG available?

TIA,

Bish

No. Lemon laws cover new car purchases only. Cars bought from private sellers are as is. It is your responsibility as the buyer to inspect the car or have it inspected prior to purchasing it.
