It's available online - Google "porsche mobile charger plus manual english" and it should be your first hit. I downloaded it but could not attach the file to a response here because the file is too large (multiple languages). Give it a try...

Same thing for me...I downloaded the PDF 5 minutes ago but I'm not able to upload it to this site. It's out there for you to grab.
