Excellent color and spec. Have a 991.2 S in midnight blue and a Model 3 Performance and considering adding a Taycan 4S. Just recently heard about the battery issue. Would love to get experience report when your receive. Enjoy the ride. Looks fantastic.

I sold my model 3 performance for the the Taycan and it is massively better in every way except range I guess. Drive is so much more planted and quiet inside. The electric sound option is cool but should be standard but then you know Porsche on the option sheet. Fit and finish is amazing. The computer UI is a little confusing to set up and use but a few forums and video and it’s all working great. I did read about the 1/ v battery issue. Tesla had the same issue early on. Sounds like it is a software glitch that affects about 10% of people. Most say avoid setting all the charging preferences for time of day, how warm you want the car and by how much to charge and it doesn’t happen. Not sure if that’s true but I just set mine for 85% charge and forget it. It sits in a heated garage with two chargers (my wife still drives a Tesla) no issues the first week of ownership. Lol

I’d say go for it. It’s awesome.

I second that....go for it.

The only thing I struggle with is the Porsche Connect App which is wonky....but once you get used to its quirkiness you can get stuff done but definitely needs work. I hardly drive any other cars (and I have a bunch of them) and find when I do, I get disappointed by the response to the accelerator pedal.

Awesome color. I wish I could get 992 Turbo S in that color.

Nah, that's too much hassle and not worth the price, especially since I'm trying to time Euro delivery to coincide with availability at work and the end of covid lockdowns - too many things to take care of already. So I'm torn between Python Green and Gentian Blue - crazy or classy? Boy-racer or middle-aged executive? Decisions, decisions... Neptune blue would be kind of good middle ground :-)

I have a turbo S in the same color,...with macadamia / black leather....I quit driving my ICE cars once I got a Taycan

for the street / commuting there is nothing better

And yes Turbo S is complete overkill....ordered my wife a CT4, more than enough power

I get sick to my stomach on a launch control in turbo S

Paint correction is when a detailer removes all the swirl marks, light scratches, etc. from the paint. Even brand new cars can need paint correction.
