Test Drove A Taycan Turbo
Wow. I have some fast cars: an R8 w/ V10, a Ford GT, etc. and the Taycan felt faster. The power delivery is amazing. Fit and finish is typical Porsche.
Couple minor gripes. The B-column is awkward making entry/egress more difficult than it need be. Rear window visibility is a bit poor (better than R8 and Ford GT by far though). The brakes felt a bit mushy when I did a hard stop.
Overall very impressed and will be placing an order for a Turbo S.

Good decision....I was in a similar boat...with some high performing cars....I traded in my 991 Turbo S for Taycan but kept lambo. At first I did not enjoy because of lack of sound. Now I embrace the quiet and crank classic rock which I have not done in decades. You are absolutely right about the rear window....but with that said, considering how small it is, its placement seems perfect so I see the important things (the cars behind me but no sky). And until you mentioned the B-Pillar, I thought the awkwardness was due to my seat being too far back...but I think you are right....the B pillar is probably a tad too far forward. Otherwise my Turbo S is a keeper.
