Car looks great! That integrated radar detector looks really sharp and almost looks like a factory option.
Know it's off topic, but how effective is your Escort Radar Detector? I thought that these days with police using Instant-On Radar/Laser, that it was quite difficult for the detectors to work effectively? Did you also consider the Valentine One? Wonder how it compares to the Passport/Escort brand.
Thanks

My wrap guy does quite a few high $ cars and said this is the best system by far for remote install. The radar is maybe 95% as good as the Valentine, and the Laser jammer is 95% as good as the APL jammer, including jamming the new Dragon eye. The install is just so clean I figure I can give up the 5% on each. Plus, you really can't use a windshield mounted detector in this car if you've got the upgraded glass - it interferes too much with the signal, and the tiny 'window' by the rear view mirror is difficult to access.

Gorgeous car! Thanks for the pics because I’d never noticed the set of six indicator lights under the stalk. Now I know how to mute audio and such. I’ve had the car for a month this week and hadn’t figured that out, or bothered to look at the owner’s manual.

Also, I am thinking of using ceramic coating on the wheels but not the body since it will be wrapped....what is the thinking with ceramic coating Xpel?

If I'm not mistaken, those six indicator lights are not from Porsche, rather they control the radar detector. For example, when your detector is beeping with a steady warning, you can mute it, or if you are approached by a police officer, you can discreetly turn off the unit.
I would definitely recommend the Ceramic Pro 'Gold Package' (5 coats) for both the complete Xpel wrap and the wheels/calipers. I get a lifetime guarantee with yearly 'refreshes' at $120 each. It rained all day yesterday and my car was parked in my business lot for the day and driven back and forth to work. I blew the dirt off the rear of the car for 1 minute with my electric leaf blower after pulling into my garage, and the entire car looks like it was just washed. You have to look closely to see any dirt, and that's around the inside wheel arches. The car will never need to be waxed.
