The glacier blue headlights to match the blue butt glow.

I cant imagine they are legal in the US (most states prohibit blue lights on cars for obvious reasons) so I would want them to have a Taycan “outlaw”

That sounds awesome, I would do that, I thought of red butt glow hooked to the stop lights on a white or black car, red interior..

It looks like you can get an optional charger. I guess you can drive it more than once if you get one of those.

After seeing the black mules for ages, I thought black was definitely out as a color. But so far it is my favorite.

Edit: to makes this post not entirely off-topic for this thread I'll add that I'll take "electric sport sound" for $500 as the most wtf? option.

Default Inductive charging

Mission e talked about a plate to drive on for charging, anyone else heard anymore about it? Wasn't there talk about a drone also?

I think I noticed that the two-speed rear gearbox is presented as if it were an option, checked, but not uncheckable. If it becomes genuinely optional, it would be cool not to take it and avoid the complexity and possible service requirements. For slow American highways, at least.

I could see it becoming an option for the lower spec models. Assuming it's several thousand dollars it makes sense to pull it out especially in non Autobahn markets.

I would like to lose the transmission too . It apparently provides reverse and park from what I've read which might make it a required item.

Not an option, but possibly the most ridiculous Porsche acronym to date.

This is the list of Performance options, or things that seem to be presented as options, with a price of $0 for the 2-speed transmission. If you click on the "i" button for it, it says "Included in configuration".

=============

My EV has no reverse gear, nor parking pawls - just an eBrake. I was speculating that when you add a clutch and gears, maybe you can't run the motor backwards. For example, the clutch requires a hydraulic pump.
