Well, no supercharger surely can be disappointing, but I am sure most of us never expected it anyway. Sorry to hear about your trouble. Regardless, you have a pretty special vehicle there. Out of 700+ Spyders, I bet there are less than 10 in cream whites out there.

Take the car and enjoy. I wouldn't put so much weight on the whole supercharger issue. You really have no grounds if it is just a verbal misrepresentation, especially if a non- blatant one. If it was written, then you guys can un-wind the deal and get a refund.

Plus, I find it hard to believe a biggie item like a supercharger can be mistakenly presented. Especially if it was a demo vehicle. Addendums would have been attached to every piece of documents associated with that car, buyers orders, bill of sales, work orders, receipts. The price would have been jacked up so high the world would know if it had it. Miscommunication rather than misrepresentation I think.
