Is the Spyder equipped to run iPod?
Looks like there's an auxiliary port for an MP3 player in the center console. I'd like to run my iPod through the car's sound system -- is it possible? The owner's manual is a bit vague and I do realize the iPod may be different to set up than other MP3 players. Anyone have experience? Are additional parts needed? I'm getting sick and tired and filling the glove box with CDs.
Thanks in advance.

CDR30 = Aux Cable only (you'll need to buy). Plug in via the headphone jack on your iPod.... and you'll need a Cig Charger for your iPod to keep it juiced with energy (you will also have to buy).
PCM3.0 = Integrated Port for seamless iPod use... uses a iPod plug that charges and plays music.

Thanks, guys, appreciate the input, and, yes, Cayman, it's a CDR30, so I bought a monster cable earlier and have the iPod up running, and it sounds great. Woohoo!!!
Just one thing. It's fairly unwieldy not being able to control the device from the car's central sound system. I don't suppose there's a way to rig this so that it can be operated through the dash, huh?

There isn't and it totally sucks having to fiddle with your Iphone/Ipod instead if being able to scroll through it from the CDR30 console. Sounds great, but a pain to operate.
