Default Spyder Interiors and Interior Mods...

After seeing 8 Gen-1 Spyders together and their interiors at our Spyder Cluster 2023, I thought I'd start a new thread. Each one was so unique, so special in it's own way. Please post yours and any mods you've done.

Here's mine with
- Black Carpets
- GT3 Shift box (hidden)
- GT3 SHift boot and ****
- GT3 Steering wheel
- PCM delete
- Rennline magenetic phone mount

Future?
- GT3 Alcantara e-brake handle
- Alcantara centre consule lid
- Alcantara door pull handle
- Sun visors in alcantara

Nothing terribly unique and all original. It is just that the Sand Beige Full Leather interior goes so nicely with the Aqua Blue Metallic Spyder.

Super nice, Mike. And I see you have the Silver accents (door pulls, seatbelts). Works so well with the rest of the car - the wheels and outside silver stripe.

It’s difficult to improve upon the Spyder cabin! Only mods I’ve done in 12 years include new inserts and GT3 shifter.

It's PERFECT, not over done, very very nice. P1 Design on the inserts? Original fabric?

What wheels are you running on it? There's always that nice glimpse of "visual umami" when you see the wheels and the interior.

P.s. And CRESTS in the seat head rests. I saw 'em... Love them.

P1 GTI-ish looking sport-tex insert replaced the worn out alcantara. Comfort from the new foam is on another level!

Here’s mine. OEM wool pepita fabric. Today’s synthetic weave pepita is far superior, but until mine wear out I’m not changing them.

Was this an Option to order from the factory? They give a black interior such a great look.

Not to my knowledge. I had to source the fabric and then an upholstery shop to deconstruct the factory leather and then sew in the pepita fabric. The buckets are infinitely easier to customize than the sofas.

Here also
pepita inserts
pepita ish floormats.

I tried the steering wheel plastic cover in body colour paint which looked very nice. Unfortunately the plastic part broke at some point in time. I did not bother to do it again as the black wheel gives less visual distraction when driving.

Looks great. I like how the stronger pepita works with the darker carpets. Nicely done.
