if you contact toyo tires corporate in Cypress, california (800) 442-8696, they will send them to you free and you can request from the standard colors they have.

Vicki at PCA got about 1000 of them at the COTA race. If you have national stewards at your events, they should have them in their gear bag.

Cool!!! I'll give them a call.
Ps:
Is pink a standard color?

So, where do the toyo stickers go. According to the 2017 rules, section 6.K.

All cars must display four approved TOYO decals. One must be displayed on the quarter panel/fender near each wheel well.

However, if you look on the contingency form it states

TO BE ELIGIBLE, APPLICANT MUST HAVE COMPETED ON TOYO COMPETITION TIRES AND DISPLAYED OFFICIAL TOYO DECALS (MINIMUM OF FOUR 2” X 18” “TOYO TIRES” ON FRONT, REAR, AND BOTH SIDES OF THE CAR).

So which is it, or does it not matter?

I had this clarified with Walt Fricke. They didn't understand the Toyo requirements when they changed the rule. So they will allow what Toyo requires for contingency. You do not need one over each wheel arch.

That's new. I race a PCA event in April his year and was told by the scrut to have 1 over each arch or my race results would not count. ( had 2 on arch, 1 front, and 1 back ).

I have run Sebring, Road Atlanta, and Watkins Glen with just the Toyo contingency decals. If they give you a hard time tell them to talk to Walt.

I don't understand why PCA does not put out a list of these types of issues when they are found. They could easily do a monthly rules clarification like SCCA.

I can confirm that the rule about near each wheel wheel is an error. PCA folks were out of every color but blue and silver at VIR last weekend.

I ended up cutting my own toyo stickers while working on the rest of the livery.
