AN Line size Q
Box S track car.
Thinking about adding a remote filter/accusump/oil cooler setup
What AN hose sizes should I purchase/use?
How about for a tranny cooler setup?

Most people don't know/realize that AN sizes are 16ths of an inch.
Minimum size for any engine oil line IMHO is -12. That will easily match up with what the accusump and most smaller coolers have.
Transmissions can usually get away with -8 if you are adding one to a system that is not there. Plus, that is what most of the pumps are set up for.
