I am adding an accusump to my newly built spec Boxster.
In order to acquire the proper electric pressure valve for my application, I need to furnish them with both idle and full race oil pressure.
Having not driven this car yet, I need this info.
Could a fellow SB racer provide me their oil pressure at both idle and full race hot conditions so I may order the correct parts?
Thanks
Mark in Orlando
I don't have an accusump on my SPB, but do have one on my gen 1 cayman. It runs about 15psi idle and 65psi max. Most people I know (including me) use the 35-40 psi valve. I assume a 986 would be similar, but not sure.
