We have been running PFC 08 on th SPB however while they work great on a heavier car there seems to be no way to engage without the initial bite robbing all the speed.
I have Padgid in Black and orange in the shop. What do others run. I was thinking black rear orange front. Thoughts, thanks.

I run black all round. Love it. Car seems fine under brakes and doesn't wash to much speed. I run the same in my GT3 track car and love it there to. I only run R888 on the GT3 so blacks on that setup really teach you light pedal pressure as you have more brake then tire.

When I bought my car, it had old Pagids that needed immediate replacing. Based on some advice from some current drivers (and strong recommendations on Rennlist), I started using PFC 06’s all around. These pads last an amazingly long time and are very easy on the rotors. I don’t have much to compare them to, but they can really haul the car down if you need them to. They seem to be very predictable and I haven’t noticed any fade or change in performance at all during a race. They do have a pretty strong initial bite and I’ve had to adjust my braking pressure to just a light touch for any kind of trail braking. Others who have driven my car commented on how much initial bite they had (not sure if it is too much bite or not?) but they also liked these pads in general. I’ve also heard that SPB’s like some rear bias, so that is something I’m considering with my next set.
I know PFC's have a great reputation, but they they are in the process of releasing some new formulas, so that will just add more variables to think about.
This is just some more info for the conversation – I’m interested in what others are finding as well…

I love the PFC for all the same reasons and run them on our heavier car, perhaps I just need to stick with these a while longer and see if I can learn to engage them without stopping the car.

PFC 06 will work better, I think
