SPB Cranks, Won't Start
Looking for advice from the collective. My SPB cranks but won't fire.
- I had an incident on track - contact with a wall at front right and rear right.
- The car started and idled fine just after the incident.
- Several suspension components and the right axle were broken - the right rear wheel was a mess and wouldn't roll properly.
- Replaced right front tie rod, steering rack, right-side drive shaft, transmission mount brackets, right rear upright, and several suspension components at right rear
- With the car on a lift and engine off, I cycled thru the gears while turning rear wheels by hand. Transmission seems fine, but I'm not 100% sure there was no damage to the transmission.
- Car started fine and I backed out of the garage up my driveway (up-hill).
- At the top of my driveway, when I shifted to first gear, the car stalled and cranks but won't start.
- I coasted back into my garage.
- Charged battery
- Replaced fuel filter, crank position sensor and fuel pump relay
- When I had the old fuel filter out, I jumpered the fuel pump relay and confirmed that the fuel pump delivers fuel to the filter inlet. It seemed like a nice steady stream.
- Gas tank has just under 1/4
- The car cranks but won't start. It seems like a strong-enough crank.

Maybe I should have done this sooner: I connected Durametric and got the below error codes after cranking. Seems like the engine vent fan might be my problem. There is probably some damage in that area that's causing a short.

Maybe but i would be diggjng around to see if the grounds r good on the fuel injector part of the harness. They will be the brown wires and bolt to the ends of the head.

Main engine ground cable is located in the right rear. Sort of doubtful it would be damaged in such an impact, but easy to check. Beyond that trace the engine wiring harness maybe something got pinched. .

Turns out the issue was probably unrelated to the impact. I found a loose wire for ignition power at the fuse panel. The car started right up after that was addressed.
