Default P1229 Injector Valve Shorted to Ground

HI all boxster brethren,

I haven't checked my durametric in a while, so this may have occurred somewhere in the past, but I am showing the following.

Car runs fine and makes what feels like full power. I cleared the codes and they've not come back. My guess is that the dyno operator managed to short something while he was screwing around looking for rpm signals, as he was not knowledgable....

1. Any quick explanation on what this is that would sheet let light on the cause of the code?
2. Anything I need to worry about?

Thanks!

Hard to imagine that a short to ground wouldn't impact runnability.

The problem could be intermittent. I would keep an eye on it, but probably nothing to worry about.
