Use the "Porsche Oil Sump Baffle for M96/97 Engines" available from "Pelican Parts" instead of the stock part and definitely instead of an "Accusump"...

Thanks, Lemming, but will be holding off on an accusump unless my shop advises otherwise. Will reach out if anything changes.

i used the recaro SPG seats for years, just liked the way it encompassed my shoulders and torso, etc. the last 2,3 years, ive used a OMP HTE R? really nice. a smidge more comfortable a pound or 3 lighter, about 900 bucks about perfect for the boxster consider most are perhaps underweight. very nice seat for sure.
i use the schroth endurance belts as i find the endurance belts easier to orient, and get on by myself, etc when rushing, and about the same money. the pull/tightening straps are just easier to deal with.

Last weekend, I picked up an '18 Trailex CTE84180. My wife's '18 Audi Q7 3L will be my tow vehicle. Installed a Curt brake controller as well as a weigh-safe hitch. I've ordered a tire rack and winch from Trailex. Otherwise, will hold off on other modifications to the trailer until I determine what stuff I'll actually need/use. Here are a few pics.

I bought a gently used Trailex about 10 years ago. Love it. Zero issues.

From the pics, it looks like they ground out the stock seat mounts. How are they mounting the seats to the car? Side brackets bolted directly through the floor, or to some sort of mounting bracket attached to the floor?

Also, are you going to use sliders or have a fixed seat?

Bill,

I'm not sure how they mounted the seat, but I can find out. I'll be using sliders for the seat.
