Default Compiled List of 2019 Rules?
Is there a complete list of the current 2019 rule and addenda floating around out there? I've gone through the PCA rulebook and back issues of CR news, but I'm feeling like I don't have a good handle on everything to finish off my build. I know about the shock change, new wheels, etc, but am sure I am missing some...

Does one exist?
