Default Hallett PCA race

We have the option for the track on the Thursday (10/4) before the race and looking to add a couple Spec Boxsters. We have 4-5 now and looking for a couple more. Anyone interested? Cost should be 300ish a person depending on how many we get.

Cimarron Region PCA will host the OKtoberfast DE on Friday, October 5, 2018 and the PCA race is a 2-day event. Thursday is generally used for nut-zo's who just need more practice. lol

Thanks. Trying to decide between Summit (enduro) and Hallett (no enduro). Both are 10.5 hour tows from Bham.

Having raced both here's my thoughts:
  • Summit - GREAT track and will have decent turnout - will be mixed class and there's some passing zones
  • Hallett - Small, fun but with nice flow - very little passing zones but still possible. We will have our own run group - great spectating and lots of fast racers for you to meet in the area. This track will have you scratching your head on where the time is which many are happy to help you find

Last year - I chose Summit over Hallett and I'm glad I did because I really loved the Summit race. But I'm equally as anxious to get back on Hallett and race for the belt!!! You won't regret either but I'd personally look forward to racing with you at Hallett.

One should be able to find plenty of time since Oktoberfast will have a Vintage Race this year; so no DE'ers to get in your way.

Chris, you are the reason for the 4-5 instead of 4 or 5. I a under the impression if we get 6, you are in. Still need at least one more. Anyone want to ride with bunch of fast people...myself excluded. lol. That should help find some of that time.

Signed up. Will be my first event at Hallet. I'll be doubling as the medical car as I'm sure I'll be trailing the pack :-)
