Default Deciding between two builds - advice

Hello,

My freeze date comes up in a couple of weeks. I am deciding between the following Carrera S builds. The only difference is the exterior: wheels, badging, trim. Would appreciate any advice deciding between the two.

EDIT: This will also be a vehicle that i keep long term and drive daily for 5-10 years.

The silver trim and wheels make the entire car pop. The black trim and grey wheels make the car look drab IMHO.

I prefer the second build. I like those wheels much better than the spider pattern. Also, why not add the colored center wheel caps?

Also, if you're in the US market those matrix headlights don't function the way they should. I had these on my 2020 992 and they were never activated, so waste of money IMHO.

Love the second build with the Turbo wheels. Make sure you see Oak Green in person. Sounds obvious, but I’m guessing there are plenty of guys choosing the color based on photos.

I would suggest a 3rd option and select the Carrera Classic Wheels, would suit the oak green exterior / cognac interior nicely. Painted side skirts would pull it all together also.

Second build with the Carrera Classics would be my choice, the Turbo wheels are a bit too busy. That color really does well with some silver/chrome/polished accents like the window trim IMO.

I prefer build one. The only change I’d suggest is going with the Sport Seats Plus or upgrading to Adaptive Sport Seats Plus. The standard sport seats look cheap, and honestly, I’m not a fan.

Or the Carrera S Wheels with Wheels Painted in High Gloss Black with Highly Polished Surfaces.
I personally think that's the best wheel look on the 992.2

I’d do Carerra Classic wheels on this colour. I’ve seen the combination in my dealer’s showroom and the classic wheels tie in nicely with the chrome trim. I’ll echo other comments about making sure you see the colour, especially in the sun. The colour looks deep and darkish in the showroom and in pictures but outside it has a bit of a candy cane appearance (but in green, of course) and shows a bit of yellow. It’s a nice colour, but you want to make sure you are happy with it in all lighting conditions.

Definitely the second build. I don’t think grey wheels look good with green paint.

So the anthracite RS Spyder wheels look satin black than grey. I avoided the regular RS spyder wheels because those do look grey.

I would go with the Carrera Classic wheels. I think they look the best with OGM neo. Be aware that the Anthracite grey wheels are considerably darker in real life than they appear on the configurator.
