Yes, they are not black, but more toward matte black than silver or grey. I ordered them on my S without seeing them in person and I was somewhat surprised how dark they are. I do like them and they are very good at not showing brake dust which I really like.

I normally don't care for silver trim on any car, but it works with dark colors and looks good on a 911. Personally, I would go with the 2nd build and remove the silver trim. Also agree with others that the both the Carrera Classics or the Carrera S Wheels with Wheels Painted in High Gloss Black with Highly Polished Surfaces look better.

I prefer #1. I prefer the RS Spyder wheels. And I disagree that they don't match the green I think it looks nice.

Keep in mind you're asking opinions on subjective details of your build. Wheel color and style are personal preferences.

Have you seen the cognac leather with the Oak Green Metallic paint? A dealer had a cabriolet with that pairing in the showroom and I passed on it because the cognac looked too orange next to the OGM (at least to my eyes). I suggest you see the pair together in person before committing to them.

I don’t like the wheels or interior choice of either option. But it’s not my car.

If you haven’t tried the 14 way seats yet, you may be disappointed. I planned on getting 14 ways because they were less expensive. Until I sat in them and the 18 ways. The 18 ways were much more comfortable for me. Choose wisely on the seats.

I have seen this same color/combo in person, and I loved it. I felt like the cognac was actually less orangey/more brown in person compared to pics.

This will also be a vehicle that i keep long term and drive daily for 5-10 years.

I've had both the Carrera Classic and Spyder wheels on a 992 and although they are slightly more time consuming to clean the Spyder wheels are not that difficult to clean in my experience.

I think I would agree with that. The better pairing is Truffle Brown but that means a brown dash and steering wheel. I prefer the coloured leather stop below the PCM with black on the top side of that.
