Default 997 Parts Sources

Any advice where to look besides the following:

Pelican
Sunset
Suncoast
Sierra Madre
FCP Euro
DC Auto

Willing to consider international. Bonus if they have a notification system when part is in stock. Have been told dealers don't expect to see what I need until December!!!!!
Thank you

Use this amazing online parts finding tool! >>> https://rennlist.com/forums/997-foru...m_content=post

Also Zuffenhunt should be pinned/saved to the DIY section.

There is also Delaware Porsche, which generally has good prices on factory parts, and Auto Atlanta, which has a good online library of factory parts diagrams.

You got 'em all. Oh, add Autohauz, I purchased from them and was happy. Who is the cheapest/best always seems to rotate around the net... you have to check them all. Lately Delaware is my favorite... but that can change quickly.

Peace

I have used Design911 twice in the last month to ship parts internationally that were on backorder everywhere else in the states. The prices were slighter better even with import taxes and I received both orders in 3-4 days. They list what is in stock and I even called to verify the parts I needed were in stock before I placed my order.

I’m very happy with their service and shipping.

I recently purchased from OEM Euro Parts out of Huntsville, AL (they are a multi-brand dealership group in Huntsville) and their price was better than the others for the 997 part I needed. They also called to confirm the part actually fit my car. They had to order the part from Porsche but it must have been in their Atlanta warehouse as it took only a couple days before I had the part.

As Bruce said price is going to vary, no one supplier is always going to have the best price on everything. Oftentimes shipping is going to have a big impact on the final price.

As you are in Atlanta you might want to check OEMEuroParts out of Huntsville, AL, shipping costs should be cheaper than parts from DE.

I think DC Auto closed up shop earlier this year. Their website says they are downsizing, but Rob Zampardi had posted on the Pelican B&S that they were getting out of the business. Maybe he meant the used parts business?

I love AutohausAZ.com and usually check there before anywhere else.
Great selection, prices and relatively quick shipping. I've been using them for my BMW '02 540i for years before I got a 911.
