Default I had Bar to PSI on Cosworth Dash

Is there a programming process when this is done to get the Cosworth dash to read the TPMS? My TPMS reads 91 across all four wheels now and this is obviously not correct. I doubt it's the batteries in the sensors as it's a 2024 model and it's showing the 91 on 2 different sets of wheels.

Anyone know what could be going on and if I need to go through a process to get it to read the TPMS sensors?

Thanks!

Is it reading "91" after driving for a lap or more? I get the 91 value initially but after about 1/2 lap the correct psi readings appear.

Yes it still is after one lap. Any thoughts on what I need it to do?

Hard to say. Did they work previously? Maybe a dumb question but is the car new to you? and are you sure the sensors and heat shields are installed? I had to install the sensors on mine- they came loose in the spares package.

Car is new to me and had the spares package with 3 sets of wheels. They worked before in Bar. I'm wondering if there's any other process that needs to be done so that it recognizes the sensors. Could it be after the change to Pressure you need to go through a process (other than just driving it) to have it pair with the TPMS sensors? Thanks for your help!

^ To change the display from bar to psi, you need to use Pi Toolset. One of the configuration options is to go from bar to psi. The tpms 're-learn' each time you start the car, so you just need to drive a bit and the tpms should pick up readings. If your tpms are all from PMNA, you shouldn't need to program the tpms, they get detected automatically.

Thanks for all the feedback. The only thing it could be is that all the sensors have already gone bad. Seems crazy after being a 2024 model but I'm hearing that these sensors may always be on if there's air in the tires?

No, the GT4 TPMS wake-up on movement (that's why the start procedure takes a few turns of the wheels). It's weird you TPMS died so quickly. I've got a '24 and the TPMS are still fine. It's the Cup TPMS are always on when there's air (i.e. more than ambient pressure) in the tires.
