How many bicycles atop a 971?
I do not recall seeing pictures or mention of how many bikes people have squeezed on top of their Panamera.
I am guessing that two mountain bikes can fit easily on roof-rails and some bike-carriers. This Porsche part says three mountain bikes -- https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/SKUBIKE2.html
Has anyone gone full-tilt and fit three large bikes? Any hints/tips/tricks?
Any crazy people that have gone with four?

The manuals for the bike racks suggest back to front for multiple bikes on the rack.
On my 971 ST with the Porsche cross bars, there is definitely room to accommodate a third bike but a fourth would be tight and require thinner bikes and holders:
I do three. I don't see how you'd get 4 without extendo bars, which would require use of a non Porsche system (b/c Porsche integrates the mounts with the cross bar); I don't if unintegrated bar/mount systems are available or not.
I went out and ordered three of the Porsche bike holders and indeed they fit!
I put up a track-bike, 26" mountain-bike, and 24" kids mount-bike atop the roof to check rough fitment and make sure all the parts came with the bike carriers. I found that putting the passenger's side carrier in "Left-hand fitting" makes it easier to load from the passenger side.
I'll be putting three adult MTB up there soon-enough and will take pics :-D
