GT3rs dealer markup
What are people paying on dealer markups for the GT3 rs?
I ordered mine about a year ago and was paying 100k over. Now the market is way different than it was 12 months ago and I'm not sure if I want to take it. I was also going to change my spec before the freeze date but never got notified so I'm stuck with my original non-PTS color.

I think we will see more of this as time go by . People grabbed whatever they can at the time before thinking it through and now having second thoughts
recently got a strange offer on a 2025 allocation
100 k ADM
included
i year lease of a 150 k Taycan
full PPF
ceramic coating
full 4 year maintenance
so probably 40 k plus of stuff included
dealers are getting creative to keep the markup high

Friend in Cali just messaged me yesterday they paid $75k for their incoming 3RS. As usual it's geography and relationship dependent.
That being said, it you paid your ADM a year ago, I wouldn't put much thought into what people are paying now. You've been able to enjoy your car for a year before them (assuming you're enjoying the experience). The money is gone, enjoy the car

I paid $80k ADM in July. I'm in Louisiana and had not bought a car from this dealership before. I got nothing in return other than an allocation. I know it was probably way too much of an ADM but it was worth it to me. After all, the price is set and fair when two parties agree on that price. If I had to do it again, I would have asked for pre-paid maintenance or something.
At the end of the day, I don't feel bad because I got my 992 GT3 at sticker in the first allocation batch (from a different dealership that I had bought two other Porsches from)

Pay whatever ADM you're comfortable with.
Even if the market ADM is $1, and you're not comfortable paying that, don't.
But if the ADM is 1M, and you're comfortable with that, go for it.
It's only money. And you can't drive money.
Whatever you pay, and it doesn't make you think more about what you paid for the car than the car itself, then you got a great deal.

I did ED late last November. ED got pushed back and we were bumping up against Thanksgiving so were not able to drive the car. It was still a great experience. If you want to drive, Porsche will set you up with winter wheels/tires for around $700 or so. The only drawback is that you have to drop the car back in Stuttgart, not one of the many other port options so they can remove/replace the wheels.
