As others have suggested, I like looking at used cars and run across some that look like good deals.
Have no interest or anything in the game with these. If I like the car and think it's a decent deal and worth looking at I'll post it. All will be under 100K
Hopefully some guys looking at a used 991 can benefit!
I was once in that boat last year.

Probably the coolest 991 Turbo I've ever seen and a perfect spec (imo). Rear wiper! https://www.automaxatlanta.com/detai...1js156619.html

For manual cars that was about 4 years ago, they have gone up since then, that ship has sailed.

For a PDK they can still be found.

I don't think we're going to anymore. The NA character of these cars makes them desirable, and another big factor is that $50k today is probably worth what $35k in 2019 was.
I think the bottom of these was shortly before Covid. In late 2017, I was offered $50k trade in for my 2013 C2S with 75k miles. I also had the chance to buy a double Carfax damage report 50th anniversary with 50k miles for $65k CPO from dealer in February 2020.

Looking at buying a clean 2012 C2S with 31k miles for 67k. Would be my first 911. Go for it?
Would have loved to have found a 991.2 for a few more creature comforts, but giving those up might be worth having the last NA C2S. I guess that's why carplay retrofits exist.
Any big things to look for on PPI?

Having one of the last N/A ones is desirable (I have one), If you have not had a fair amount of seat time in both the .1 and .2 I would try to get that accomplished you you can decide for yourself if that is a must or not. Not too many people have gone back from .2 to .1 even though a very few have. Good luck with your search - you can't go wrong with either. Be sure to have a "must have" options list so that you won't have any regrets after your major purchase.

If Carplay is a very, very important part of your motoring experience, please note that no retrofits for a 991.1 are "easy". I have the Mr12Volt one, which I thought would be the best solution for me. It works very well, but is at times a little quirky and if faced with the choice, I would do it again. The actual replacement units seem to be extremely difficult to work properly as you can gather from checking out this thread with over 4,000 comments (and growing rapidly): https://rennlist.com/forums/991/1045...r-991-1-a.html.
In order to help, a few of us wrote an installation guide to one of the more popular Android powered aftermarket head units. As the message above says there are different options, some upgrade the PCM and some replace it entirely to get a bigger screen and other functionality and that's great because it gives people a choice.
So @A2987 if you want to get a 991.1 and want to have Carplay/AndroidAuto then take a look at this guide to see if this particular unit is of any interest (it's the document called "CHSTEK Android upgrade for Porsche", not the other one). If you go for it you'll get a lot of community help and support as we are all focussing on one unit now and have a big knowledgebase.
I'd ask that you post any questions directly in this thread so that we keep this thread clean!
Whatever your choice, I hope you find a great car and have a lot of fun with it!

I suspect this car has been mentioned here before, but wow. White, manual, 2015 GTS w/ Aerokit Cup, PCCB, Burmester, and a bitchen interior. $119,900 All the money, but unique car. 35k miles
