Default 718 GT4 pricing

In the market for a 718 GT4. Just wanted to see if anyone had an opinion on current pricing trends. Have they been dropping in price? Or still pretty strong. I could've ordered one new for 30k adm but wanted to continue with the 991.2 GT3's in 2022. Sold that one and now I'm getting the itch to try the mid engine platform. Thank you!

Pricing seems very strong. If anything it's going up a bit. They're not building any more of them, and the equivalent GT3 is astronomically priced by comparison, but IMO not equivalently better.

Pricing seems all over the place and spec dependent. I’ve seen some deals on bat and then other cars sell for 0-30k over elsewhere.

I’d do a little research on autotrader / bat and make the choice then. Colors like shark blue / python will fetch more but luckily there are no bad colors

Having recently been in the market and purchased my second 718 GT4 there is a big spread based on certain specs. Much higher prices for cars with LWBs, PDLS headlights, Other options and maybe PCCBs.
Low spec 718 GT4's with sofas seem to sell for 981 prices.
Mileage is a big factor too with "high mileage" seeming to be 15K plus at this point after which the price drops a lot regardless of spec.
PTS cars command insane prices regardless, that seem to transcend poor spec, accident history, track use, mileage etc (which IMO is dumb, but hey it's your money).

Pricing for non-CPO from a large 2nd hand sports car & porsche centric dealer, is listing GT4s effectively at their original MSRP. This is in PNW, not sure what they eventually sell for. I would think a GT4 CPO at MSRP would be a good find.

They have been increasing in price from what I have seen, though there may be some seasonality. The best deals that I saw were probably in February

Well that goes without saying haha. Been done this road many times. If the right spec comes up, I generally don't quibble about a few extra bucks. It just gets purchased. That being said, I just haven't really been following 718 GT4 pricing for very long at all so I wanted see what rennlisters thought about it.

Pricing is all over the map.

Search PCNA to see what dealers are asking, compare that to non Porsche dealers.

Look at closed BAT auctions, both sold and unsold.

That’ll get you in range.

Yeah, that's what I suspected was the case as well. Increases now, but could change slightly in the coming winter months.
