Don't think a few extra HP or a few seconds less on the ring will make any real world difference.
What i would like to see is GTS with the same hybrid technology as in the new 992.2 GTS.
Electric turbo, small battery, small electric motor in the gearbox...

Not sure about the market but I inquired about a 2023 GTS and the best they could do was a November 2023 delivery and no discount. That was my final attempt for an upgrade. They don’t appear to be interested in selling ICE.

The price point is meeting huge resistance here in the UK. I'm fascinated to see what this car is and where it's priced.
A 24 Turbo E Hybrid with the same spec (ceramics RWS, Adaptive ride etc) as my new 23 Turbo S EH is £40,000 (25%) more expensive. A Turbo S/Turbo GT Panamera is exactly my kind of car, but I think it's going to be £200,000 GBP and at that level I'd rather buy a Lusso V12 and keep the change.
Porsche are pricing, like so many companies, based on the booming, inflationary, overheating demand of the last 2 years and that's now history - so we're left with some very expensive metal normally sold with car loans, which the majority of people cannot even finance (as rates at 10.4%.).
Look forward to hearing details to this new Turbo S/Turbo GT (and buying it lightly used!!)

Yeah, they're pushing the Taycan. I'm surprised (but glad) That the Panny's are even still around.

The Panny was always a niche car. But that's what made it special. I liked that it was an expensive car. However with the pricing increasing year it seems. You can lease a Flying Spur for around or even cheaper then a top trim Panny which is insane.

Comfirmed it is the Turbo-S-Hybrid....At least it is nice to see that the Hybrid tech is adding real performance and not just weight and complications...
But I think it's time to put a ceiling on these records before accidents start to happen, that's just crazy fast for a sedan on street tires.. I mean just look at the rollcage they installed.. Even Porsche are worried crashing at these speed I guess.

200k is going to be for a "base" Turbo S. It's insane. We're getting into a different price tier now. People who spend 180-220k for a daily is hard. Are people really going to see this as a 200k car?

The Panamera is an amazing car. I've been a lifelong 911 driver but I recently switched to a 23 Panamera GTS as my needs changed. All I can say is WOW! It's supremely comfortable, super fast, handles like a sports car even at 4500 lbs, and looks great. The V8 engine just purrs except when you get on it and then it roars.Relative to current 911 prices its a much better buy. It's never going to sell like a 911 but thats not its market. I can't see myself driving anything else for a long time.
