Default Photo request—black 997 with OEM silver lobster claws

Going from aftermarket matte black wheels to oem lobster claws. Firstly: ANY reason that the stock wheels from a 997.1 Carrera S would not work on a 997.2 Carrera S?

Secondly, hoping for photos of a black 997 (ideally with an aero kit) with silver OE lobster claw wheels. I like the darker finish of my current wheels but not anything else about them.

Thanks!

As long as you get the right offset for the rears (wide body vs narrow body) 997.1 and 997.2 wheels are interchangeable without problems.

If you search for porsche 997 black lobster there are plenty of images. Here's a link to an aerokitted example: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...-carrera-s-76/

That's correct. I think the rear wheels for a narrow body car are 67mm offset vs. 51 for the wide bodies.

Thanks all. Any idea why some seem to have color Porsche crests in the center caps vs black and white?
