Am I able to reuse the stock tips on the Akrapovic 992 GT3 exhaust?

no you can’t, the flange for 992 tips is flared.
ak tips have flat flange

Based on a quick visual peek, stock 992 GT3 tips don't look like they will fit also because of where the mounting bolts are located.

I’m curious if exhaust tips off a 991will fit the Akra exhaust…

You can use 991 exhaust tips for them. They fit, did that on mine

Why would want to ? The akrapovic tips are larger, more detailed and look sick. They are also titanium
