@simaservis1108

He enabled AA and CP on my 2019 GTS.

Works flawlessly.

Search MIB hack here. I've done it and added wired Android Auto. Then I used a OttoCast dongle (Amazon) to make it wireless.

OttoCast does have a wireless dongle that converts Carplay to AA but I've had minor but annoying issues with it.

Here is the link @Got Bearings? referred to. Looking over it it looks simple enough but I paused when it was Bose Sound System update disabled and I got stuck on step 11 where I'm not sure what to do. I'm deathly afraid of bricking my PCM.
  1. Enter GEM and run SVM fix in M.I.B

ottocast has worked great on my 991.2 . Recently purchased a second unit for under 100 bucks for another vehicle. With it I need to sometimes disconnect and reconnect. I purchased a usb-a to usp-c inline switch to cycle if needed so I'm not having to unhook it. This has only been a problem in the second vehicle, not the 991.2. The switch seems to be needed in vehicle 2 for quicker shutdown issues. Not a problm on the 911. Youstream , podcast and regular aa stuff all works. Do not update unless issues were the box instruction. a great and cool running location is between the seat and middle console. Stays put stays cool. Previous thread with pics. cheap cables and damaged cables cause reboots. I fear flashing for fear of bricking and dealer removing during service flash.

If it went to step 11 that means it was successfully updated. The next step SVM fix is to get rid of the software update warning. Enter GEM menu and choose SVM Fix. Can you confirm that you have the NAV icon on your PCM screen?

I haven't done it yet. Just got worried when I clicked the link in the instructions and it was a bad link so I decided not to. Do you know what this Bose thing is? Does it mean it doesn't update the Bose amp but doesn't affect the Bose system? I don't want to mess up my Bose soundsystem.

Yes this will not update your Bose system. In previous MIB versions, this was a manual update and removed with MIB AIO.
