10k mile change appear too long for these engines based on this report. Do others have similar reports?

Not sure why you say that all the numbers are within average

I am curious how many months since the last oil change?
The reason I ask is what if you drive under 5K miles but extend more than 12 months.

Thanks

Post your next Blackstone report, then you can detect changes in your engine and vs the universal averages. One data point is not informative.

Thanks for posting. I have always changed mine at 5K mile intervals. Iron still reads too high in my book. Iron is coming from cylinder bore wear. With the considerable amount of torque these engines develop at fairly low RPM, these very short skirted pistons have higher than typical side loads, while piston speeds are relatively low. I won't be putting a tune on mine, as I plan on keeping it until my first Hybrid. The liners in the V6 are iron. Cylinder Liners - Duraldur

The oil is doing what it should. Need more data. I don't see any concerns here, except for the incorrect "3.0L twin turbo" verbiage.
