Selling the car for my brother who is the second owner. He bought it over three years ago with 62k miles, tires are about two years old and plenty of tread. Car was bought new at Carlsen Porsche in Palo Alto and serviced regularly.
All maintenance records included since new. Car has never left California and currently in my care in socal. Car is a great daily driver, completely stock, and understated.
Two keys, car cover, all books, tools, records, original window sticker
Everything works, AC blows cold.
Negatives:
Scuff mark on left side of rear bumper and a small ding on left rear quarter from scraping the pillar going into his garage in SF.
Interior carbon fiber trim on top of dash and near corner AC vents is coming up. I searched and found this is a common problem on 996's with factory carbon fiber trim.
Reason for selling - brother moved to KSA and I have no room or need for it.
Inspections welcomed
Clean CA title/smog certificate in hand

3 common questions....
1) hydraulics on the spoiler? Any issues or service work?
2) second gear pop out issues or service work?
3) coolant lines issues or service work?

2. No service work indicated regarding this.
3. No line work regarding pining coolant pipes, there is an invoice from Carlsen Porsche for new radiator, flush, etc.. when original owner had small hole in radiator from a rock.
Records are at my office, will take another look and update with anything else major that was done other than the normal services.
