Yea I agreed on that too, until I saw carbon fiber wheels and a flate plane crank v8. Sounds like a pissed off Ferrari. Nothing quite like it within the 100k price range.

I'm not the biggest mustang fan but that's one nice mustang.
I never knew they were so ridiculously expensive. $37k over msrp is nuts. That maybe a lot of car but for that kind of money....
Never mind, glws

Just to clarify my earlier post. A) The car is a brilliant car. B) The price is in line with what I've seen and I suspect will sell close to if not at asking soon. I just think it's crazy to pay that much for it. Personal opinion. Since they will be building them for at least 5 years and the exact phrase Ford used was "at least 500 a year" (meaning they will push them onto the market as long as dealers keep making this kind of bank on them <ala Hellcat>). I'll just wait for sanity to set in before I think about adding one.

The Mustang GT350 is just like it for $45k less. I appreciate the few upgrades with the R version, but lets be real, the only reason these are commanding that kind of money is the 500 cars total. The GT350 with the track pack is essentially the same car. Regardless, absolutely gorgeous and GLWS. If I had one, I would definitely be selling it for that kind of premium.

This car for $100ish is absolutely ridiculous value when you think what people are paying for GT3 RS's (3X the 350R) heck even GT3's. Go drive a 350R, then you can comment.
This forum is getting ridiculous....
