This forum only had a classified section for members only until a year or two ago because Rennlist is a close knit crowd. Members looked out for each other outing dealers and flippers posing as a "member" taking advantage of the Rennlist community.
Unfortunately, you are going to be met with skepticism when 95% of your posts are selling two cars since joining earlier this year. We hope you will provide meaningful contribution and allow Rennlist continue to evolve into a better forum than before.
Welcome to the fold.
Cheers,

I appreciate the welcome Chao.
A dealer I am not. A significant enthusiast yes. Yes I t's true that I've sold some of my toys here on Rennlist, I've done that because I am a very busy professional with 2 small children and not an abundance of time to deal with the Craigslist crowd. I've sold things on eBay and had to read countless messages about taking a sport bike in trade or a tricked out camaro that needs finishing. I picked this forum because it seemed to have a more respectful flavor to it. I am a member of bimmer forums and e46 fanatics but the tone is different there. I am realistic with my sales price and am willing to sell without the wheels. I know I will regret selling this car as my GT3RS (or my 914 for that matter) is not nearly as good a date night car and my two boys won't fit in it. I've had an enormous amount of interest in the car and frankly I'm struggling to keep up with getting pics out and answering questions.
I certainly appreciate the support from the RL community and I can't understand why folks enjoy flaming a thread, I just think there are more productive things to do in life.
Thanks again for the official welcome!

Rob's approach is spot on. I had a very similar situation when selling my 928GT which was low miles and pristine. The average buyer looking for something fun to drive suggested the price was too high and I had several low ball offers over a period of 6 months. But I was patient and in the end I did get my asking price. The car was later sold again after it had been in my hands for the same price. I'm sure now the values have gone up since they are getting more and more difficult to find in that condition. This car has similar pedigree although not as old.
I would suggest that you include any maintenance and work done on the car as it will be something a premium car buyer will want to know.
Be patient, you'll get the right buyer soon enough.
I honestly debated buying it for a daily driver to replace my C32 but I can't bring myself to put 25K miles a year on something this nice.

Attaching the Carfax because many have asked. Service history is on there. I have another independent history invoice as well. Sorry to interrupt. I just wanted to keep MY thread relevant to the sale of MY car. Anyone who'd like to debate current market trends, regional trends, or have credential pissing matches is more than welcome to post the "start new thread" button instead of the "post reply" button on my thread. Thanks for your understanding boys.......
