Car is stock aside from the IMS bearing which is a mandatory replacement for the 996 cars, Fister D stock exhaust mod, H&R wheel spacers, and the headlight covers which are adhered using temporary adhesive and can be removed easily. The car has a genuine carrera 4s bumper that was purchased brand new in April 2017 along with all required OEM supporting hardware (trims, ducts, 40th anniversary adapter) from Suncoast Parts at a cost of $2100 dollars (not incl paint). The paint and installation was done by a certified Porsche repair center.
Full maintenance records are available from my ownership and the previous owner. The car has been maintained religiously on more frequent schedule than required. Recent maintenance items of note include: 60k major service performed, front rotors and pads replaced in May 2017, headlight lenses fully restored with added UV protective film, driver's side window motor replaced.
The doors have no dings however there is one barely noticeable ding in the left rear fender. Wheels do have some road rash on the outer edge from a previous owner, however there are no scratches on the face of the wheels.
Original toolkit, owner's manual, two keys, and maintenance records will be provided with the sale. The front bumper can be changed to the original one if the buyer prefers.
This car has been babied and I will be sad to see it go, but I am upgrading to another Porsche and don't have the room.

Very nice example and well done with the front C4S bumper as it transforms the car and gives it more of an aggressive look. Someone is going to get a very nice car by the looks of this 996. Happy 4th of July !

Thanks for the comment Gaffa. For anyone who is interested in putting on the C4s bumper, I would warn them that you need a special adapter piece that was only made for the 40th anniversary 996 which came with the C4s bumper in stock form. That adapter piece costs ~$600 and needs to be ordered from Germany.
