I have two Pumpkins not advertised yet. Also not $130k.
Also have a Meteor Grey GT3 that's stupidly clean, not advertised, priced to reflect condition.

Meaning something that hasn't ever been to a track event? If that's the case, then you are constricting your search to very few cars unless you are in the higher price point collector car/garage queen/never driven market. And I'd challenge that it is more impeccably maintained than those collector/queen cars are.
Here is something I posted in a thread months ago:
My white .1 isn't for sale but it would be for the right price. 18k miles and impeccably maintained. Bought it 5 1/2 years ago with 8K miles. Those that know me, know how much I over maintain my cars. I've taken her to a few DE's but I don't drive like I used to. There have been zero offs and and all track shifting is short shifting with experienced H/T driver. DME report confirms this with all zeros in Range 2-6 and minimal in Range 1 (only 27 ignitions) that occurred before I owned the car .
Car has a few interior goodies but I have left the rest of the car stock. Only exterior/suspension items I have added are full front clear bra, giro disc rotors, RSS x-pipe, rad screens, locking/adjustable rear toe arms.
Love the car, but could also move to another car. Like Mooty, money talks.

Have one, might consider selling for right price (within your budget). Not a garage queen, not stock, but as others have mentioned, most track cars are over maintained. No exception here.

Unless a 10 year old car has only one (or maybe 2) owners, very low miles and are obvious garage queen, you cannot know if it has been tracked or not anyway. And then it would not be, dare I say, $130k.

To OP - have you browsed autotrader? There are several 997.1 gt3s that are well under your initial budget. There are certified .2s within your budget as well. Seems like a very achievable goal.
