Prior to my ownership this car had undergone a top-end at 111k miles to address common oil leak issues and exterior lighting had also been upgraded to LED. During my ownership I have upgraded the following:
New suspension - KW V3 coilovers with rear Tarret toe links.
Adjusted to the lowered ride height seen in the pictures.
New tires to go with the suspension - Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s
Fabspeed sport cats
Fister Stage III exhaust modification
Fabspeed High Performance Airbox
RS Fan Pulley upgrade and alternator rebuild
New A/C compressor
New A/C condenser
Windows tinted with ceramic tint including a clear ceramic tint on the windscreen to guard that precious interior from the brutal Texas sun.
She is truly a treat to drive, still pulling hard after all these years. There are rock chips that need addressing and evidence of a respray at some point in her life. Carfax will show an accident history and I interviewed her owner at the time to clarify the details to which he assured me there were no significant mechanical or structural implications (lady rolled through a stop to catch the rear drivers side quarter resulting in cosmetic damage). I have all records from my ownership and most from previous owners including the detailed bill from the engine top-end. Plenty of pictures and videos to share.

GLWS, Arena Red is one of my favorite Porsche colors. Very cool interior too. Going to show this to my old man, his Arena Red 993 has "only" 40K miles on it so this will encourage him to go out and drive more

Thanks for all the well wishes! Pic link fixed for all who PM'd. And to answer some of the recent questions:
That's Dave Etter's pad keeper keeping the engine bay looking so sharp!
The only time the car has seen a track was when the longer term owner participated in a couple of DE's. He is also the one that decided to do the top-end because he didn't like the oil drops in the garage. I have not had an oil leak problem since taking ownership and I even removed the undertray "diaper"as soon as I got her.
Tires have less than 2k on them.
I am new to the San Antonio area and do not have a "regular shop" that knows the car well. Moved from Houston and miss my beloved Modern Aircooled shop! They took care of most of the bigger upgrades for me. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Houston area.
Thanks again to all! And hope you guys in the East Coast get some driving weather soon!
