Up for sale is my gorgeous 2014 Carrera S. I’ve got major car ADD, and really want to get back to something more rambunctious like a GT3.
The car was purchased last July from Porsche Beachwood. I was told the car was ‘perfect’, which always is what a salesperson says, but this one actually was and is perfect.
I spent months looking for the ‘right’ car, spent countless hours on The Stig’s thread and finally came onto this car.
The car has all the right options (full build sheet also attached)-
PSE
Sport Chrono
PDLS in Black
Sunroof in glass
NON SPASM car- Houston roads suck and makes this a very comfortable car.
Ventilated and heated seats
Car has also not only won in the Ohio Concours Event back in 2014, it’s also been featured in a few magazines (Links and pictures attached).
No accidents
No stories
No paintwork
No track time
CPO till September 2019.
All leading edges of the car have Clear Bra installed, as well as the hood, bumper and front portions of the fenders.
I also added Nick’s Tweeter upgrade, which quite frankly takes the BOSE stereo from being an ear bleeder to a fantastic audio system!
This is my 3rd daily driver, so gets to go out on the good days in houston.
All service records from New will go with the car.
Rear tires are low tread, I’ve not changed them yet as I’m wanting to try out the Michelin 4S next and want to get the fronts a bit lower before swapping all 4.

Tires and wheels
Rear tires are a tad low, I was waiting for all 4 to wear down and then change to Michelin 4S.

Detailed interior pics
Interior is relatively flawless. A few 'smudges' seen are the camera doing funky things..

Service records, books, keys
Prior owner entered the car in various concours events, the only one I have records of are attached below, where the car won #1.
Original window sticker included.
Keep in the mind that the car is a CPO with warranty till September 2019!
