If you are selling your GT car to fund the purchase of a long-nose 911, lets talk!

Happy Easter Sunday!

Perhaps not for everyone, but already a couple of interested parties... anyone else interested in trading a modern GT car for a full-on classic rennsport assault to the senses?

Hey There -- car's not really for sale... as the original post says, I'm kind of interested in trading for a GT car.

Although, to be honest, I've just about convinced myself to keep her! Having too much fun ;-)

Just figured if you wanted a GT4 then you'd take enough cash to buy a GT4??

Hah! I guess -- the problem is taxes though. I was fortunate enough to buy 70RSR before the huge run up in long-nose values, and at least in theory, I would owe tax on the difference in my purchase price and the sales price. So... at my tax rate, I'd have to sell for cash about 34% more than the actual cash value of a GT4 in order to have the funds to purchase the GT4 after taxes. Hence the idea of exchanging car for car and at least putting off the tax bill until later.

Depending on the weather, I'll be at Luftgekhult in San Pedro next Sunday -- come and say Hi and check her out if you are around!

I see this car at the local AX and it always draws my eyes to it, and usually puts a smile on my face when I see it on the track.

GLWT, but not sure who will want to trade a modern GT car for an older one since once you drive a modern GT4 or GT3, it is kind of hard to go backwards after that.
