We purchased this Boxster in 2011 for SCCA autocross events. It’s been a great sports car but we’re moving on to other projects. It had 172,529 miles when we got it and it’s only been used for autocross since then. Always trailered to and from events. It currently has 173,202 miles on it. There were a couple of dents in the rear fenders but those were repaired. Most importantly, we replaced the OEM IMS bearing with a superior L&N bearing for piece of mind. Performance upgrades and maintenance parts include the following…

---Rennline rear sub-frame link, tie down plates and tow ring
---replaced transmission main shaft seal, release lever, guide tube and clutch slave cylinder
---replaced rear main seal
---replaced right AC condenser, evacuate and recharge system
---replaced CV axles
---replaced water pump, thermostat and coolant reservoir
---repaired alarm module and purchased 2nd key
---replaced right and left front head light assemblies
---replaced front and rear brake rotors and brake pads
---rebuild and paint all brake calipers
---replaced both lower rear control arms and rear sway bar bushings
---cleaned fuel injectors
---replaced battery
---replaced engine oil and filter with Mobil 1 synthetic yearly

The black exterior paint is good with some minor dings and paint swirls. All the exterior lights work. The rear license plate mount and bumper-ettes have been removed. The spoiler is stuck in the raised position. Both electric door windows work and are tinted. The radio power supply and speakers have been removed but the head unit is still in the dash. The steering wheel cover is worn. The electric fold down top works but is worn and the rear plastic window is poor. However, the car doesn’t leak inside during rain. The carpets are fair and there are no floor mats. All the gauges work but check engine light is on from gutted cats. The air bag light also stays on due to the installed racing seats and harnesses. The AC and heat work very well. We’re selling the car with 18” TR Motorsports wheels with Hoosier A6 scrubs. We have the OEM space saver spare tire and tools if wanted.

This is a solid, high mileage, race car that will put a big grin on your face. It has good torque and handles extremely well. It could potentially be made street legal with the correct parts re-installed depending on your local MV laws. We have extensive service records and receipts for everything done to this car while in our ownership. The price is $8000 and it will need to be transported. CURRENTLY NOT STREET LEGAL.
