I bought this car a year and a half ago because I wanted a chance to own a 911 for a reasonable price, had noticed prices had been the same for a few years, and wanted to own one while they were still low. I've since bought a 3.2 Carrera so it's time to let this one go. This is the best daily driver I've ever owned. It had 46k miles on it when I bought it and now has 52k. I got it inspected at Chris' German in Redmond WA when I bought the car in Dec '16. The inspection revealed a respray on the passenger side (door and/or fender I cant remember), and intermittent faults for the passenger door micro switch and mirror. Both seem to function fine to me although they can be a little sluggish.

Things I've done:
LN Engineering Single Row Pro IMS bearing (at 50k, still have original bearing)
Rear Main seal
Transmission Input shaft seal
Air Oil Separator (AOS)
New flywheel (car came with new clutch)
Alternator
Spark Plugs
997 Coil Packs
Oil Pressure Transmitter
LN Engineering Spin on Oil Filter
LN Engineering Magnetic Drain Plug
Air filter
Engine Mounts
Drivers seat belt receptacle
Cleaned radiators/condensers
Brake fluid flush
Oil Fill tube/cap
New Porsche floor mats
Accessory Belt
Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires
Joe Gibbs DT-40 Oil

When I got the car it looked like the brakes had been recently done, and inspection revealed the water pump had been replaced. When I did the IMS bearing I planned on doing the clutch so I bought all the parts. When I pulled the trans off the pressure plate was only stamped a year newer than the one I had just purchased. This was after owning the car for over a year so I figured someone did a good chunk of maintenance to the car then ended up trading it in. I reused the clutch and pressure plate and put on a new flywheel. Some people may not agree with this, but it really seemed like a waste to throw out nearly new parts. I still have the new clutch and pressure plate if the buyer is interested.

Defects:
Chipped windshield - hidden by rearview mirror when driving
Small blemish on drivers rear quarter panel, smaller than a dime, looks like it was touched up

Update: I recently had a strange experience with Carfax and want to share it. I bought the car in Dec 2016 with a clean carfax. In June a potential buyer alerted me to the fact that the carfax showed a front end accident from June 2014 that carfax decided to add to the report in April 2018. I opened a dispute with carfax for the incident asking them to check their records and provide me with information. They responded a few weeks later saying the accident was a mistake and removed it from the record. The carfax is now clean.

While I was waiting to hear back from carfax I had a forensic inspection done by Haury's in Seattle. They removed the bumper cover and determined that the bumper cover, bumper beam, and right front bumper shock had been replaced at some point. They inspected the frame/structure and found no further damage. They also determined the right fender, door, and quarter panel had been resprayed and that the quarter panel had a repair done. I can provide a carfax and inspection results from Haury's to anyone interested.
