Black 1999 911 coupe based model, in great condition with low miles. 100% stock - no aftermarket anything. Litronic lights and enhanced stereo options.

First owner had the car for 8k miles. Purchased in 2007 with 22k miles from 2nd owner who sold to buy a Turbo after using this car as a weekend pleasure-driver for 3 years. Single adult owner/driver last 40k miles. Non-smoking, clean interior. Everything 'works'. PCA member, and knowledgeable car person - everything addressed on time.

1. Typical problems for this model year 911 have been addressed:
2. Engine "Rear Main Seal" replaced prior to my purchase by deal under warranty, no issues since, no leaks.
3. Coolant reservoir replaced
4. Window regulators and front windshield replaced in 2015.
5. Stock radio face 'refreshed' so no cracking or sticky buttons.
6. Passenger side seat switch just replaced.
7. Recent detailing.

Car has had all scheduled maintenance. 80% plus of the last 40k miles were reverse commuting from San Francisco to East Bay. Perfect kind of driving for this car as it fully warms up on each drive. Never tracked or abused in any way - just a great driver ready for a new home. Tires are 80% new, will look for receipt, but they probably have less than 1k miles on them.

Imperfections. All normal for this model/mileage. Some minor chips on the hood from road gravel. Minor marks on front bumper area. Minor curb rash on rear passenger side rim. Slight wear on driver's side seat and floor mat. Remote key needs to be re-coded by dealer, or maybe a new battery.

Registration renewed this month and just passed smog with no issues. Clear title, no accidents or issues. Inspection by dealer or qualified mechanic can be arranged for a serious buyer.

Selling because I now live/work in SF, have other cars and won't use this one for around town driving -- not good for car and too much "parking by touch" in SF. Sad to see it go, sadder for it to sit un-driven.
