Sell the mods separately and relist this car stock with a more realistic price ($65k or so). You will take a massive hit otherwise.
I tried to sell a fully loaded M4 a month ago with more options than yours and similar miles and got no real interest until I went deep into the $60's. I'll be mildly surprised if someone offers you more than $70k even with the mods.

Keep in mind that the car is worth incrementally less every day. If you're willing to keep the sale price at your payoff (meaning, your price goes down every month), it should balance out.
I do believe you'll have a hard time getting someone to pay $15-18k for your mods without parting them out ($83k ask - $65k stock value). If I budgeted $83k for an M4, I'd order a new one (or buy a stock used one) and customize it to my exact preferences.
