I'm sure its quite a car in its modified state (I've lusted from afar for a long time) but I think you will have far more buyers for the car as a stock CS. What do you plan to ask when you're done returning to stock?

Autosea...thanks for your response about the article in Excellance! Wow...what a car! I wish I had some extra bucks right now! As you know, a stock CS will only increase in value over the next 10-20 years! Holding on to her might be a blessing! Very nice job! That's what I would do! Seriously... go visit Pelican Parts classifieds... I am noticing a real bump in asking prices for the G-50 Carreras. It may take some time but that CS will be very sought after some day.

996 Cup 2700 lbs. 360 hp =7.5 lbs. per hp.
996 GT3 3191 lbs. 381 hp = 8.38 lbs. per hp.
07-09 GT3 3181 lbs. 415 hp. =7.67 lbs. per hp.

Do you still have the original engine and trans? I know that they were not very special but if a C O A is purchased... Engine matching will be important. That being said..... I LOVE the car the way it is. Great build. Tate
