Mechanically, the car is tight and has been maintained as shown in the Maintenance book w/stamps, but I don't have all the receipts from the PO. Car starts easily every time, never had a CEL or other engine-related issue under my care, nor do I know of one in it's previous ownership. Leaks a drop or 2 max after sitting for a week or more. Clutch has been replaced at some point recently, but I have no receipt. Car runs/revs freely through the range with nary a flat spot or sputter.
I purchased the car from a dealer that does not have the best customer service reputation, especially on this forum, but I bought it before I knew that, and actually had a great experience. I have a receipt for almost $11k in maintenance and refreshening right before I got it, including brake and suspension maintenance, engine refreshening, some exterior trim, gaskets, and lights.
Under my care, I upgraded the suspension with Bilstein shocks and M033 RoW springs to lower the height and improve the ride. I replaced the mufflers and tips with Fister stage III's and some exhaust tips I got somewhere I can't recall for the life of me. I had some blown seals in the steering rack, so I replaced it with a rebuilt unit from a forum vendor. I also put on a set of Carrera III's in really good shape. The original wheels are long gone. Last is a ducktail of unknown origin, fiberglass, that I had painted to match the rest of the car, which it does. Included is the original decklid that works and is in great shape, like the rest of the car.
The interior is in stellar shape. I am not going to say as-new, because obviously it isn't, but I would say it shows like a car with less than half the miles. Dash is crack-free and stereo is stock. Included as the original floor mats, and a set of black Lloyd's. Trunk is clean, shows little to no use, and has original tool kit (complete) with spare and compressor. Battery is an Interstate.
Paint looks great with the occasional scratch here or there, but nothing worth any attention. No rust, and no evidence of accident repair. Carfax is clean.
I would consider this a very high-level driver with good maintenance and excellent upgrades, that is ready to go anywhere and look great doing it. It has higher miles, but all the more reason to drive and not let it sit.
Any questions, I can be emailed at DCAlbarran at yahoo.com
I am happy to assist with PPI within a reasonable distance, of course. Some good shops within 30 mins of my house in Simi Valley, or my fire station in Hollywood.
Attached are some pictures, and I am going to try and attach a link with the rest of them.
Asking $49,500
Thanks.

DCAlbarran was kind enough to let me drive this car when I was thinking about buying a 993 two years ago. If it was for sale then I would have bought it. I was immediately hooked and bought one soon after. The car drove fantastic and I didn't notice any issues. Buy with confidence from this seller. GLWS!

Nice looking car. Good luck with your sale. Come by Super Car Sunday in Woodland Hills some weekend, I would love to see it. SCS is always a good place to get the word out

Thanks man. Yeah, we come about once a month, sometimes in this car, sometimes in the 912, sometimes in the minivan!
