Was going to send a pm, but I'll post it instead. Anyone serious will want to know at least:
Clutch measures? Original clutch?
Any paintwork?
Age of battery? Why not changed during last service?
Any luggage remaining?
Age and life remaining of TPMS registers?
CD player work?
Date code on tires and depth remaining?
Engine out service completed?
Charge point in glove box still work?
Extent of carbon fibre yellowing?
How crunchy is 2d gear engagement?
Thanks!

Clutch measures 28.3mm
No known paintwork. The parts of the car not covered in clear mask meter within factory spec.
The battery was changed in 2006. The life of a properly maintained batter in the CGT is 5-7 years.
Yes, full luggage set is included.
TPMS sensors are nearing the end of their life cycle which is typically about 7 years.
Yes, confirmed it is operational and plays CD's.
The tires are from 2014 and 2015. Plenty of tread left, but we will get exact measurements.
The engine out service has not been completed.
Yes, confirmed working.
There is very minor yellowing - not nearly as extensive as other CGT's we've had.
This is somewhat subjective, but 2nd gear feels very normal compared to other CGT's we've had for sale and in for service with typical light crunchiness.

Great Q's Jamies and Colorado provided some good answers, I will add a few:
Age of battery? Why not changed during last service?
===> the battery really needs to be change now but it's a small issue
Any luggage remaining?
===> great that the luggage is present, as they are $10k + now
Age and life remaining of TPMS registers?
===> this and the 2015 tires should be changed. the tread won't wear much but at 4-5 year they don't grip the same anymore. again tires are cheap $1400 iirc
Engine out service completed?
===> if it had never had one, it MUST be done. the first one is most important as you can assess if the cams are pitted. if not pitted by now, u are golden.
Extent of carbon fibre yellowing?
===> they all yellow, I now accept that.
How crunchy is 2d gear engagement?
===> they all have a slight crunch when cold. I go from 1st to 3rd until trans is warmed up
beautiful car and GLWS
