I am posting this for my brother.

This is his 2010 PORSCHE 911 GT3. Fans here already know what an amazing engine the 3.8L is and that its one the last of the Mezger engines. This engine is a true dry sump and two piece crank case design. Thanks to its racing roots the GT3 motor is more robust and does not suffer from IMS bearing failures. For those that are curious, I have attached a DME from last week that shows it has 60 over-revs in zone 1 and zero on all others.

CAR SPECS
Carrara White paint is in excellent condition as its been 100% wrapped in matte clear. The work was done by Modern Image in San Diego. The wrap has satin black accents on roof, wing, air duct, and license plate area. The windows are covered with 3m crystalline light tint. All lights have been protected with film to minimize road damage. It now has 22,628 miles and it's used sparingly as a fun weekend car and it's has been driven about 1,100 miles a year. It has been pampered and has a clean car fax (no accidents and no paint touch ups!)

The interior is black with alcantara suede seat inserts, steering wheel, shift ****, arm rests and more.

The gear lever, ,trim strip, rear center console, sport back seats are all painted in Carrara White

Dynamic engine mounts, black leather alcantara inserts, heated seats, satin back, wheels-center locking, front axle lift system, sound package plus, bluetooth, sports chrono package, ,XM radio, BLK floor mats, universal audio interface, adaptive sports seats, with memory self dim mirrors/rain sensors, PCM 3.0 extended navigation. Porsche crest in head rests.

AFTERMARKET EQUIPMENT
RSS center section exhaust (comes with the original as well). This year it came due for brakes and the OEM set-up was replaced with amazing two piece Brembo Rotors with Pagid RS29 brake pads all around.

A BIT OF HISTORY
My brother purchased this car in 2015 from Porsche of Tysons Corner in Virginia as a Factory Porsche Certified Pre owned(CPO) car with 16,880 miles. It was a one owner car with a clean Car Fax and passed the Porsche CPO with flying colors. The car has been under his care since and just had its 30k mile service last week Mirage International performed all the brake work while HG Motorsports performed all the other maintenance using OEM Porsche parts. The car has sits on (4) brand new Michelin Sport Cup 2's (N0) tires installed during the 30k mile service.

This is a great deal on a really clean and well driven car. Why sell? My brother just purchased a 2018 GT3 and he doesn't have enough time and space for both cars.
